It started in 2019 with a simple challenge — the products we fell for overseas were nowhere to be found back home. So we set out to bring them to New Zealand, and soon saw the very same barrier facing Kiwi producers trying to reach the world.
Today we do both: we bring the world's best to Kiwis, and we take exceptional New Zealand brands global.
It Started With A Product We Couldn't Find
Back in 2019, we kept hitting the same wall. We'd travel the world, discover products we couldn't live without, then come home to New Zealand and find there was simply no way to buy them here. Our favourites weren't on any shelf. So we gave ourselves a personal mission — bring those products home, and get them to Kiwis through every channel we could reach.
The more doors we opened, the more we noticed the same problem running in reverse. A small producer with a genuinely world-class product — a jar of honey, a skincare range, a specialty food — and no realistic way to reach a buyer in Tokyo, Dubai, or Los Angeles. Not because the product wasn't good enough, but because the pathway simply didn't exist.
So we made a decision that still defines us: do both. Bring the world's best to New Zealand, and take the best of New Zealand to the world.
